Motion to ratify and approve accounts payable for all accounts. 

Motion to approve the October 2025 Treasurer Report.

Motion to adopt the 2026 Budget as presented and advertised.

There is no increase in the borough water, sewer, or garbage rates.

Motion to adopt Ordinance 719, fixing the Real Estate tax rate for 2026 at 5.1138; this is an increase of 1.0000 to the previous mileage.

Proposal and consideration of roof replacement bids for 14 Crafton Street, as presented by AJH Design

Motion to approve the 2026 Borough Holiday Schedule as presented.

Motion to approve the transition of probationary officers Logan Smedley and Gavin McAlry to full-time status beginning November 22nd, 2025.

Other Business

Sidewalk Project is progressing and, weather permitting, will be completed by December 1st.

The Christmas trees for the boulevards will be delivered and set on November 18th.  Gaslight wreaths will be installed on November 20th & 21st.

The B/S/ST Area Agency on Aging provided a luncheon for all borough employees on November 5th, 2025, at the senior center located at 3 Queen Street.  The event was well attended, enjoyed, and appreciated by all.

Holiday free parking will be in effect from November 21st through January 2nd, 2026, to support local businesses and tourism.

The borough garbage schedule will remain normal for the week of Thanksgiving.

The borough office will be closed Thursday, November 27th, and Friday, November 28th, in observance of Thanksgiving.
