Motion to approve road closures of Walnut, Norris, Pearl, and Charles Streets from 12 PM – 6 PM on October 25th, 2025, for UPMC’s annual Halloween Path.

Motion to approve the usage of the boulevards on October 11th, 2025, to the Wellsboro Lions Club from 9 AM-3 PM for their annual White Cane Day fundraiser.

Motion to approve road closures of Nichols Street to the Wellsboro Area High School to Queen Street, Queen Street from Nichols to Main Street, Main Street from Queen Street to Central Avenue, and Central Avenue from Main Street to Water Street on October 10^th, starting at 5 PM for the 2025 Homecoming Parade.

Motion to approve road closures of Main St from Queen St to Charles St., Pearl St from Central to Charles Street, Charles Street from Walnut to Main Street, and Water Street traffic control from 5:30-6:30 PM on December 12^th, 2025, for the 2025 Parade of Lights.
