Motion to approve Phelps Family Main Street Store/Phelps Family Maple LLC signage, as recommended by HARB.

Motion to ratify and approve accounts payable for all accounts. 

Motion to approve the March 2025 Treasurer Report.

Consideration/Review of the Fats, Oil, & Grease (FOG) ordinance to be presented to legal for review.

Motion to approve resolution 2025-03 to make or change a road/street Bear Run Lane off Tayton Road to an addressable road in Wellsboro for the Enhanced 911 Public Safety System.

Parks & Recreation, Trees, Beautification, Senior Center

The Parks and Recreation crew and Wellsboro Area High School students planted 10 new shade trees in the borough.  Planting was a success and enjoyed by all.

Motion to offer an annual parking pass for the municipal lots at the rate of $200 per year. Permits would be valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Motion to remove Parks and Recreation employee Brett Mengee from probationary status to full-time.
