Motion to approve the signage for Comfort Keepers at 125 Main Street as recommended by HARB.

Motion to approve the exterior renovations and signage for Finkelstein’s Emporium at 84 Main Street as recommended by HARB.

Motion to approve Resolution 2025-03 Requesting PennDOT Authorize and Approve New Sign   

Public Works, Solid Waste, Highways, Parking, Water, Sewer

Parks & Recreation, Trees, Beautification, Senior Center

Free parking will be offered from November 21^st, 2025 to January 2^nd, 2025, supporting local business and tourism.

Motion to designate two additional handicap spots for parking. The 1^st parking spot on Central Avenue next to the Deane Center green space and the 1st parking spot on Waln Street next to Northwest Bank.

Motion to designate the section of Main Street/West Avenue from the property located at 148 Main Street through the corner located in front of 2 West Avenue as no parking.

Motion to accept the proposal for design services from Aquatic Facility Design for the Packer Park Swimming Pool Complex in the amount of $289,875.00.
